I just realized that the excerpt does not specify that the new contract for the FDA requested chemistry experiment is with a new CRO different from Amarex.
I think the need for a new HIV BLA CRO was mentioned in one of the two previous instances of HIV BLA discussion on the Sept 8 call, but now I am too lazy to go back and check
