I just reread the initial paper, mea culpa.. I'm actually suspicious of their conclusion.. they're saying LH is a result of antibodies against the anti-spike antibodies. That's a bit tortured and a roundabout way to get those effects.. the anti-spike antibodies themselves could have an affinity for ANGII, and prevent ACE2 from breaking it down.. which would be the same effect less the step of having to develop an antibody for an antibody..
