The viral spike protein and ANGII bind to ACE2 receptors..the antibodies, since they bind to the spike protein, could in some cases bind to the host ANGII as well.. randomness as far as host genetics, antibody production, etc all would play a part as to whether that would happen and to what extent. But an antibody binding to ANGII would suggest that ACE2 can no longer cleave it.. causing a cascade of disastrous effects.
