As you note, there will be plenty of patients in Brazil. With 35 trial center locations, tens of thousands of new infections and many hundred of deaths daily, trial enrollment may take a few months rather than a few weeks.

Cytodyn trials aim to enroll 928. 612 moderate, 316 critical.
Bolsonaro remains a boon to those running Covid trials, albeit at the expense of the Brazilian populace.
Trials will show that Leronlimab works, as Seethamraju, Lalezari, Recknor, Ohm and Patterson believe. Or all are wrong.
I’ll go with the former.
