I agree, hylander. I’d also be understanding of difficulties, regulatory delays, pause of activity until a funding activity, or anything. However, communication is essential. I have a lot of faith in Joe and especially Ii-Key peptide vaccines.

I don’t want to hear Generex say send complaints to the SEC. That to me would say management poorly handles the SEC. And that’s a failure of duty. So, I don’t want to hear that in corporate messaging. Especially, in a company with a flailing stock. I want confidence, honesty, and a reason to keep a solid hand holding a speculative biotech as an investment. So, YOU better have a good standing with the SEC.

Joe and Generex have done a lot during Covid, while losing a lot as a result of slow downs dictated by the pandemic. Almost all moving parts towards revenue were halted. Excellagen appeared poised for gains. I’m less enthused by other acquisition targets, so I’d rather more Dr von Hofe and Dr C Eagle on vaccines as opposed to Terry Thompson. No offense to Terry at all. He liked Veneto, uh bad idea. But Rich Purcell? Now you’re talking, as he and Joe advanced the Ii-Key SARS Covid Vaccine far- almost to BARDA funding.

But I’m turned off by the lack of communication. I expect better. We need better. Tell us why there was no IND filed, or tell us why it was delayed. Or keep watching the company losing what were very long investors. Our Digi forum was full of them. I communicated with many over 15 years.

I communIcated “with more than Todd and far more frequently!” in a real way in the same period with no pay. I’m telling Generex that YOU are losing our longs by not communicating well.

Much respect to Joe and the team, but WAKE up already. It’s so easy. Good news, bad news, in quarterly updates, or whatever- just be honest and try hard. But understand as I respect the team, that doesn’t matter. Successful professional management teams know, always respect investors or the market full of potential ones. Learn how to fish already.

Cultivate outreach. Join and exceed at a virtual investor roadshow events. That should be a job requirement, btw. And it should be relished! Don’t tell us why other vaccine techs are horrible. It’s not really professional. That helps no shareholder. Highlight the NuGenerex vaccine coming down the pike.

And prove data there. Real data is peer reviewed. The ONLY latest peer review data we have is in AE37 that started while Anna was CEO. Let’s see pre clinical Covid! Or tell us a time to expect it. It happens all the time in biotechs I follow.

I’m a huge fan of Generex/Antigen Express - especially it’s shareholders, and THEN the management team. The DigitalTradz forum was started for “shareholders”. Chuck and Gigi started it a month before me as they said they need me, but I said maybe soon. Then Chuck (Digi) told me it’s to give shareholders a place to praise and vent, so I joined to co-lead. They disappeared so I ran it a decade only for shareholders. But I miss that early version of the forum. That’s the Friends of Generex and NuGenerex. This new forum gets too dominated by bashers so that our voice is lost, which is normally honest and often harsh.

Generex- don’t tell me your management team can’t handle SEC or that says replace the management team. That’s their job! Don’t tell me I can’t ask what happened to the IND for Covid, or replace this whole BOD. I’m the most friendly face. I’m saying DO BETTER.
