NOT SAYING THAT IS THE CASE. But if in fact the numbers don't add up, and the A/S increase is not enough for a Pasaca take over, we have a BIG problem.
Three things can occur in this situation:
1.) The numbers investor's calculated are incorrect.
2.) QMC themselves are incapable of crunching their own numbers correctly, which is very concerning.
3.) QMC is lying to us.
We can only go by what we have publicly.
