Whatever the reason is , SEC/FDA or other excuse, JOE has followed his vision and obviously it continues to hit walls . Inexperience/ incompetence comes to mind, an experienced well respected CEO is familiar with SEC/FDA requirements/filings and carefully plans accurate PR's to move forward and build value including credibility/ respect. Past PR's clearly indicate shooting from the hip and current pps proves the unrealistic casino vision. Joe has been optimistic but that doesn't fill the only requirement to lead a public company ! Where is the BOD to protect shareholders or is the "Country Club" protecting their own investment/deals???
