The negativity being thrown at this company from several fronts makes it like turning an aircraft carrier sized schooner into the wind.
Ken Chowder's article is a perfect example. We are at a place in time where a well researched, well thought out article is slammed by those who have an agenda and can get an article like that pulled in short order. We used to shake our head in derision and decry those tactics in Russia, China and other communist regimes.
The FDA letter that has been discussed ad nauseum wreaks of tortious interference by one or more person(s) on the inside. We cannot even get an accounting of the authorship, let alone who approved its publication.
Rosenbaum, et al have for now at least, created a cloud that could very well be off putting to new investors
We need to remain resolute. There are several more very positive announcements that will be made in the next few days, weeks and months. Avoiding missteps at this point is critical. That is precisely why the delay in the BLA filing is not an issue for me. Filing it before it is as tight as possible would be.
My preference is for a steady price build over the many milestones we all believe are within reach.
