I understand (and feel) your frustration with miss

I understand (and feel) your frustration with missing the BLA dates, and I'm very aware of the history as to why we continue to miss our dates. NP is sharing what he knows at the time that he's being asked by the shareholders for dates, however the environment that he's working in is not static, and continues to change (i.e. as do the FDA requirements). It's easy to say NP keeps missing his dates, and I would agree with you if they were working in a static environment, but we all know they're trying to hit a moving target themselves. His other option is to give NO dates regardless of what he knows, and just keep everyone in the dark. But we know how well that will go because of all the grief that he's getting from the RTF letter. It's a lose lose situation for NP. He's damn if he does, and damned if he doesn't. How we all vote is a personal choice, but regardless of the past, I'm not going to withhold votes from NP at this late stage because a non vote is only a vote for the 13D nominees. If enough longs withhold their votes, the 13D gang wins.
