13 D would have zero votes from me so it is not the same as voting for them.
No reason NP can’t earn my vote - have his team hit their well thought through and communicated deadline for the BLA - as I said in my last post it is at least the third promised date in the last year.
In addition I hope that there are two new CYDY candidates to replace the two who have announced they are leaving in October that we all will be happy to vote for.
