One thing I don't get it , one day you approved the documents then 2 days later you ask for more info.I think this driving DOC crazy like some of us. Welcome to OTC land. I think most of these issues stem from OTC for lack of direction. You approve or disapprove. You can not go back and forth. That said something about OTC organization. Hopefully DOC shed some light on this.
