To have met primary endpoints years ago (HIV) and STILL not have a BLA filed and accepted by this time is a screaming indictment of a lack of experience and ability to get the ball across the goal line. But some here love to just accept excuse after excuse, instead of holding anyone's feet to the fire.
Ohhh an agreement to be signed for something to do with pancreatic cancer! Look! A squirrel! We don't need more dry heaves of additional indications that make us dream of "what could be" another 5 years from now, we need CYDY management to successfully complete something...ANYTHING that gets the BLA filed and accepted, a PDUFA date, and the Brazil trial started and successfully completed.
Until CYDY actually successfully completes something, I will remain long, but painfully aware that while 13d may not be the answer, neither are things in their current state. And if Brazil does finally get started and successfully completed with an approval, I'd caution people to remember that just because the .196 hitter in baseball hits a homerun to win a game for his team doesn't make him a batting champ.
