There will be many more severe cases than critical so I would expect the timeline to fill the severe trial to be slightly faster. With 245 interim patients and 25 current trial sites, 10 patients per trial site should fill very fast.
The larger trial size and primary endpoint for severe is based on the outcomes from CD12 and an additional cushion would have been factored in to hit statistical significance. Add on to that the lowered standard of care that probably exists at many of those trial sites and the probability of success increases.
