I think we can all agree that things like the drug being stuck for 10 days in customs, or the notoriously slow Brazilian administrators holding things up -- are by definition the fault of CYDY management, which obviously has total control over foreign bureaucracy -- and would certainly not have been problems for a group like 13D, which eventually may be able to figure out how to do screen sharing.
And did anyone guffaw out loud as I did, when Rosenbaum was screeching about how unfair it was to blame them for a misleading and false proxy filing, submitted on the last possible day, because after all it was the first filing and not the completed one?
Does anyone think that a group that can't even submit its OWN information correctly on a proxy form is going to be able to submit complicated documents to the FDA? I mean, really, people......
