No one can accurately describe RMHB's current status based strictly on info in a 10-Q that's 5 quarters old. Actually, the 2nd quarter 2020 report was missing most of what's happening right now. Though being produced in large numbers, CBD Life is just one of the several products being produced at the bottling facility, and definitely does NOT represent all of the revenue being generated, but CBD Life will also lead to bigger and better prospects as they become a global force in the beverage industry. Rocky Mountain Productions is producing much more revenue than what we've seen in any official report. You are right about the FDA since they've definitely been forcing any U.S. distribution to proceed with caution and in selective areas, but in those areas, they aren't targeting responsible companies like RMHB for distributing products with moderate doses of CBD and for which they are not making foolish claims like "cures everything that ails you". I agree that it'll explode once the FDA is forced by new legislation to apply the same approval process to CBD infused products as they do to all other nutritional enhancements to foods, beverages and nutraceuticals. It's coming. The pressure on congress is building and they have indicated that they would do it. In the meantime they will continue distributing HEMPd CBD infused drinks in those areas. The proof will come in the next several financial reports and shareholder updates.
