13D says no one should get a bonus or stock options unless they produce profits for the shareholders.
By that reasoning, NO development-stage or clinical trial-stage company's management should ever get rewarded for doing good work.
I suggest that we should ask them that. And maybe send comments about this in the "chat" which only THEY can see.
And these bozos can't even run a Zoom call. Geeze. By all means let's turn over this great drug to them.
