Yes, it's hard to know what to make of it. It seems that sometimes we have "in the heat of the moment" proactive videos & a promise of regular cc's. Who knows?
I just can't imagine NP wanting to have a cc without equal or better news, if first person in Brazil trial has not been dosed.
