I understand your emotion, truly I do. But we are talking about the LAW, not your feelings. Can you state a definitive harm that we have suffered financially to this point? I don't think so and I don't think a judge would find one either.
Again, I get your emotion, but courts don't go by how pissed off someone is, they go by whether or not they have a case that is, what we call in the law, ripe.
