Todd's remarks are concerning....moving forward .....reference to SEC issues, more upcoming litigation or what?? I feel bad for him, the most difficult job to keep shielding failed leadership. Now is a good time to replace the CEO, Joe's "good" has been overshadowed by poor decisions, no revenue, missed results and many more disappointments including failure to deliver GNBT listing. The past must be replaced by a breeze of fresh air to clear the air and hopefully rebuild credibility.

Joe's words.....highly confident.......should have turned into fireworks by now !!!
We need a solid "current" VALUATION , not a shady/unknown reputable firm .......without clarification it appears to be a scam to pump the pps !!
Without transparency all opinions and assumptions are valid......not a good and comfortable feeling for potential investors ....
