What I express here is my own opinions under the 1st Amendment and is not intended to constitute a summary of what they said and I’m not paid for my opinions in any form and own stock.
Paul made it clear in the beginning of the call, that outside of the people on the slate, none of the 13D members would have anything to do with Cydy. If that is the case, why was Beaty doing the Q&A and giving input? Why was he even one of the presenters?
Opening by saying “we bought shares on the open market just like you”. NOT TRUE, the bulk of their shares came from exercising warrants for less than 50 cents.
“We are not MEANT to be negative” - oh but they are. Maybe they should stop bashing management every chance they get.
They wrote a long letter to re-unite the company with Patterson, but it was Patterson that left, during a pandemic? Paul, how does this man have an impeccable character? It’s about how you treat others, and do good when no one is watching, period.
SARS cov2 History:
“Two antibody studies in the United States suggested a presence of SARS-CoV-2 in the United States in December 2019.”
By definition: Severe Acute Respiratory Symptom (SARS) - is a viral RESPIRATORY disease caused by SARS-associated coronavirus.
By definition: Aspiration Pneumonia is acquired when a patient aspirated bacteria into the lungs, usually from food, saliva, or stomach.
Pathology:
A virus /bacteria (or microbe) colonizes the bronchioles or alveoli (things like sponges in your lungs) and then create an inflammatory response.
Just by knowing this, ANYONE AT THAT TIME would come to the conclusion that knows the CCR5 decreases inflammatory response, that it can be used for SARS. (Though I believe it to be much deeper, now having experienced LHs).
My question is, if Pattentson, knew about this for 30 years, why didn’t he patent the ccr/ccl5 prior to working with Leronlimab/CytoDyn? It only started to happen when a patent by Opdivo was almost up?
Research shows the patent is not a novel idea by BP.
Finally,
A consulting agreement is between an expert in their field and a client seeking their advice about a particular matter. Under this arrangement, the consultant is working as an independent contractor and any work that is provided falls under the ownership of the client unless otherwise agreed upon.
It’s obviously not agreed upon, therefore the intellectual property is that of Cytodyn.
Bristol Myers Squibb, Roche, and Merck were all mentioned…. But they claimed they didn’t have any ties with Big Pharma?
Paul was asked 4 years ago to find a new CEO? Lol what? By who? I mean, It wasn’t as shocking as seeing a possible BOD in a car or Melissa Yaegar completely missing.
My hypothesis always was that Big Pharma is behind 13D. 13D didn’t like the idea of Monotherapy, because it would end combination therapy….their ability to still make money off CytoDyn. (Opdivo patent, statins etc.) *remember my post?*

They talked down mTNBC saying it would take a long time, meanwhile current management is seeking BTD and scientific approach.
They “word”Ed it so it can seem like it was $150M.
Let’s break down that math problem:
$150M cash and $150M stocks
Plus milestone payment. $300M minimum.
Science isn’t (always) more, but as science gets better, it becomes PRECISE, and that’s the goal of CytoDyn with Leronlimab and why I feel things like Statins are not needed with Leronlimab.
As noted by Ohm20, I agree, LL down regulates PD-L1 so why even try and combination therapy it with LL? It’s quite obvious that the Nash changes in hepatic fat fraction is ballsy (likely data collected from LH and mice) shows WHY the hostile group is wrong and doesn’t need to be paired with Statins (fat lowering medications with plenty of side effects and/or huge amount of money for Big Pharma).
In general, pattenson sounded squirmy and not as confident and defensive.
Let’s say there’s 4 layers to the skin, Patterson looked smart because he got into the 2nd layer with detail and put it into terms most could understand. However, Recknor is Gold and getting into the 3rd-4th layer of what this molecule can do. (Fat)… and why it’s important to cells at a metabolic / Nash level, ultimately LH / hyper inflammation.
I believe the ultimate goal was to slow walk management (who’s ahead of approval schedule), tone down the ability of LL to pair it with other drugs to keep Big Pharma alive until they make us obsolete, and lastly, to enrich themselves.
Bottom line is, I constantly feel insulted that the hostile group always tries to make it about them. Down talk retail investors. How they can’t all even all show up, how they can’t even shave and dress for the position they want to attain. How Beaty, the moderator of Reddit, is involved.
