I posted this on the 'Twits in response to a poster's question on trial initiation in Brazil. I can't find the OP, but I recall the content.
"I saw a post last week that stated it's very difficult to import anything into Brazil. The OP was in the IT bizz and had to wait months to get product in country. He said only a 1-2 month delay is lightning speed, if LL is in country now. Combine that delay with distribution to trial sites, signing participants/doctors onto the trial, etc. It takes time and is what it is. Hoping for some trial news in the upcoming CC.
