Ok , I listened to the Bada Bing group and here is what I heard.....I am sure my ear filters are biased , but I'll try and let it fly:
1. Bruce Patterson is the only doctor that knows anything about this environment
2. The entire group has great relationships with FDA,according to them
3. Yes , the financing and the missteps by existing management need to be Recknorfied soon ....
4. the questions that were asked were pretty much handed to them in a way that asked with the answers already rehearsed ...."over to you Nodder"...seems the same to me ...
5. Of course they don't have any idea how to run the company, they have no idea who the new ceo would be because of the tenuous situation we are all in(that they have caused as well as our current management missteps)
Of course they'll use the Brazil trials and data once they see the data , of course they won't dilute us , of course they know the FDA better than anyone , of course Bruce gets to go to Italy and speak, of course the idea they would hurt shareholders and not even consider things like taking the company private or reverse splits is just poppycock, and of course they all have buddies in the FDA that love them versus who we have now in the company and on the board.
They did a great job of not saying what they would do to get us revenue and share price appreciation but instead said they would do that .....hmmmm, that's kind've like me saying I want to take over the world and it will be great for everyone when I do , but I don't know how many people I have to kill before I get it done...
I fast forwarded most of the "I've been talking about cytokines for over 30 years discussion"...sorry, but that just sounded like a mine is bigger than yours discussion....and Bruse won't toot his own horn , so we'll toot it for him was also pretty freshman like...
Sorry for the long post that is nowhere close to a Respert emmy award winning post , but we need good things and good karma real soon .....do we need some independent board members that truly have our goals in mind...absolutely ....do we need revenue and real approvals...absolutely....
we all agree we need these things and right now all we really have is our concall tomorrow....
