I'm not sure why you keep asking me questions here about my posts on the private board. We can discuss them in full over there if you like.
In my post 5230, I reduced my projected price range from $3 to $7, down to $1 to $4. I also clarified that I don't necessarily anticipate a full buy-out, but a significant transaction at these levels. My timeline was stated as Sept 30.
It has nothing to do with my understanding of the science. In fact, my faith in the science is the reason that I predict a transaction and not bankruptcy.
It has everything to do with my views on corporate finance and CYDY finances in particular. CYDY started August with about $10 million cash on hand. CYDY typically spends $8 million per month in cash on salaries, trials and other expenses.
As of the August 20 S-3, they have deferred prior payments due to Fife from June, July and August totaling 8.5 million. They have another $7.5 million due to Fife in September. In October, they have $10.5 million due to Fife. Of course, we expect all of this to somehow be paid in shares, of which we were down to 33 million as of July 31. Current conversion levels are around $1.15 per share. All of this is documented extensively in my posts, as you know.
The deadline for filing the CYDY proxy is September 30. For a listing of what will be in the proxy, you can see post 5232 on the private board version 1 (aka the basher board!)
And I agree, "Someone who wants to post falsehoods all over multiple boards to facilitate trading of a lifesaving drug wouldn’t be a nice person"
