So $150M plus milestones could very well make the total $350M. Even at $150M, that's still over $57M in his pocket for a company that's worth less than $5M. I'd take that deal any day.
The whole patent issue stinks to high heaven and they came across as arrogant condescending.
Question is still out there and seems they will not even be on the ballot so this is really all "moot". You get that "loud and clear"? Made me laugh out loud when I heard that OVER and OVER.
I'll wait on truth under oath from the court and see where this all lands but I'm still voting against these guys.
