The reason I wish to keep high power lawyers on the case is insurance against the remote chance that there is something much more sinister behind 13d than this slate of BOD candidates and their redundant "plan", i.e., a destruction of the company to sell off to big pharma or bury LL.
I will delete all discussion of 13D here unless it's a statement from Bruce Patterson or they issue a press release. All other discussion is just a rehash waste of time. We all don't hold enough votes to change things and I don't see these yahoos chasing real big investors outside of us. The whole thing is pissing against the wind.
