Just more Black men have walked away from the family unit that other ethnic groups...
60's kind of through a grenade into the family unit across the US. Uncle Sam became the Sugar Daddy...once inflation took a bite ...It was all over. Mass exit of inner city. What was left was poverty..and no where to go. .
