The 13D could pitch their plan outside my front door and I’d skip it.
Look at the history of these folks. Beaty’s shady trading and dirty Reddit antics; Rosenbaum’s fondness for motel rendezvous and not paying debts; Yaeger not owning a single CYDY share; Pestell and Tony C’s disastrous tenure; etc.
I’m open to bolstering/replacing members of existing Mgmt, but I don’t care if NP is comparable to OJ Simpson, I’m not going to replace him with Jeffrey Dahmer.
