Sean...remember when Mexico, India and Philippines were all "going to happen"? Investors don't believe CYDY management right now until they are shown the goods. NP loves to grin and promise...and then forgets he ever mentioned things that just go POOF into the ether.
Brazil is in crisis and for some reason, we have STILL not started the trial and it'll be mid Sept before you know it. Do I think they'll start it? Yes. Would I bet my life on it? Heck no.
