Monoclonal antibodies (LL) don't make people sleepy. The tumor in the head of her pancreas has caused the stent to become intermittent and needs repositioned. Or at least a study to show it is working. Then the Alk Phos, bilirubin and jaundice will all start coming down toward normal.
If a study shows the shunt to be functional then she needs a brain scan to look for mets there.
