This is extremely important to know. The leader of 13 D, Bruce Patterson actually filed a patent on LL, in order to steal LL from the company. This is documented truth that was given to the court in CYDY case against 13 D. That is the most dishonest thing a person can do to a company that I can think of. The fact that he actually filed the patent, tells me he will stop at nothing to get control of the company for his own benefit. If he gets control of the company, I guarantee that his group will dilute the shares so much that our shares will be worthless, and then he will give massive shares to his board to ensure they never lose majority ever again, and have all the value of LL to themselves.
Another fact to his true intentions. He also tried to get CYDY to buy his company that is worth about 4 million for $350 million. He is trying to get a hold of CYDY so he can have it all.
If you vote, until a better option comes along, vote for current board. We know where we stand with them. They are not out to take the value of the company away from us.
