Understood, but there were actual SEC doc's provided (so they appeared to be) addressing some issue with SEC regarding the 10k filing in March of 2012. This is news to me and I think Steve needs to be responsive to this matter as they seem to still not be satisfied with his replies, hence the latest inquiry from SEC occurred on 1/22/13. This concerns me a bit. If not satisfied the SEC can cause great harm to this company and the shareholders, this needs to be rectified immediately if it is factual.
