So, appears that CytoDyn wants to depose Pestell, Caracciolo and Russ Rosenbaum, but the Defendants object to this.
Don't know if other issues, but this is what is reported on Yahoo by someone stating they got a copy of the Defendants' letter to the judge filed with the Court regarding the discovery dispute.
