So I read through the 13D filings myself(yes I had some fun with the reported plan earlier). I see they are somewhat trying to distance themselves from IncellDX saying beaty and Patterson are basically the only 2 with ties to IncellDX.
I'm certainly not opposed to a phase 3 longhauler study...but if that is their pathway to fast approval I'm not sure it works logically. They have to wait until Oct 28 to get board seats so they have control to submit the trial...then fill the trial, wait months for results. Current Mgmt "should"
I use that term loosely) have a BLA filed by then so technically if all goes well current mgmt would get approval first.
I do see some logic in having a monopoly on a space where there currently is no treatment such as longhaulers vs HIV. So there is some logic to that. Again no guarantees, I have not seen a phase 3 longhauler protocol from the current team yet.
I do wonder if the 13d crowd has as much backing as they think they have.

The response today was a small spike in price but 1 million shares traded is hardly a big volume short squeeze in reaction to people having their shares on loan asking for them back.
Just some observations. Useful or not I don't know. However in a few weeks the fam and I will be moving to WA so I can keep a closer eye on my investment. Maybe drop by and see if NP has any extra coffee cups laying around. Happy investing all!
