if this quote is in fact accurate then there are some very serious issues going on here
1- if the 13D group in any capacity is in discussions with the FDA, multiple laws have been broken by both parties.
2- if this is a lie to cause confusion by the 13D, which i find more likely, the judge should halt all 13D proceedings immediately
