Didn't the SP start to go up shortly after they released it during market hours today? That's the impression I had. I think the same thing happened last time they tried such a release during market hours.
Also, I am not tuning them out, but tuning them in. I like to read their PR's and SEC filings because they make me more and more confident that they will in one form or another fail.
And, they are entertaining. The English in their email today was atrocious, among its other failings.
Further, the claim that they have negotiated a P3 clinical trial of LH's deserves serious investigation by the proper people, first of which is by the company. Maybe they can demand the FDA to turn over all communications with them. CytoDyn's current officers are the current authorized representatives of CytoDyn, and should be able to see all negotiations purported to be made on their behalf, right?
I am waiting for the next installment of How Will the 13D Group or Whatever They Call Themselves Today Going to Shoot Themselves in Their Foot Once Again.
