DSG Global (OTCQB: DSGT) recently entered into a binding memorandum of understanding to acquire MTG Inc., an Ontario-based established automotive import/export company that operates in Canada, the United States and Mexico. MTG has extensive commercial fleet and retail connections throughout the global automotive industry. According to DSGT, the acquisition should be complete sometime in the third quarter of 2021, subject to several conditions.
