LOL, I was talking about character in reference to you, not Squires. I was asking how being so lacking in character in the games you play, and you have admitted this is all a game for your own entertainment, how you can claim to have character as a two-faced liar.
There's no doubt about Squires strength of character. I talked about that many times.
As to the content of your post, QTMM is on the cusp of survival and you want to argue the past again and again.
What's important, the only thing important at this time is approving the Proxy and letting Squires finish the S-1 so the company can start trading again.
Without the proxy your investment is worth zero. Without the S-1,your investment is worth zero. The company will be sold for spare change.

Solar? He wrote a manifesto in solar in 2009. Quantum Dots: Future Energy Solution. Worth a read
I could go on, but my point is that you can't find a replacement who knows what Squires and Jabbour knows and expect to succeed. Its not on paper. It's in his mind. His vision. You all know that's true.
It really, really matters not that papers were not timely filed, all that matters is do you want to lose your investment now?
I asked if anybody had a way for the company to succeed without Squires, and nobody did. He's our only way back to liquidity. The questions are meaningless in this context. they only distract from focus.
