Maybe an isolated case, agree but with GNBT it's the opposite, most are legit and caused by missed timelines. vision , non revenue and misleading investors. People talk about pps , back in early 2019 $3.29 ............. a direct result of hype / pump and dump. So far unable to unlock value for shareholders. If highly confident in vaccin any deal with obscure contenders should be a Billion in revenue before sharing IP or just sell IP for several Billion and call it a day.
Domestic deal would be much better but somehow no interest ........
