That's amazing. You have to assume Justdafacts is Shelly's cubicle neighbor.
Maybe a host of small U.S. companies being targeted by this crap can form an alliance and pool their legal $$$. Would be sublime to see iHub shut down.
I must admit I enjoy trolling some of the 13D guys over there but it's just a cesspool of misinformation and hard to believe it's legal. TOU is just a smokescreen to control the narrative.
