Ouch, when I did the edit I mistakenly erased the paragraph which went something like this-
Everyone who posts on both boards with the same name are victims, too, because they get caught up in his deception and can't see him for who he really is. DJ, T- ed, DRX and others - you got caught in the crossfire tonight and don't judge yourself too harshly. He wants you to concentrate on the minutiae of what he calls facts, all of which are past history and don't apply to where Squires is taking the company.
Some of those questions, maybe most will be answered in the Proxy and
a S=1. We have to wait for those.
Some of the questions want aa reveal of contracts and competitive info that should not be disclosed for competitive reasons and NDAs. Why is he asking for that info that cannot be given? Because his purpose is to disrupt the operation of the company and get Squires out.
KB doesn't have solutions he only has complaints.
The thing to understand is that he hates Squires so much he does not care what happens to the company.
