Your solution, which is to do nothing, is guaranteed to work, and DR X’s, which is to get a manager to whom routine matters like race counting, mandatory filings, addressing auditors’ objections and responding to SEC mandates don’t become insurmountable obstacles and trust that guy to accomplish what the person who has earned our skepticism could not or would not, should be dismissed because there’s no guarantee it will work? Seriously?

Revenues were guaranteed to be flowing and opportunities would be presented if Squires could perform on QTMM’s agreement with Pasaca (remember, you calculated the accrued revenues), which required him to update filings. He did not, and apparently Pasaca, without the benefit of your counsel and wisdom, has decided to write off Sqiuires and QTMM.
