Fife's selling is his business model.

It's in the SEC's complaint against him filed last year.
Quote:
Defendants business model has been to buy convertible promissory notes a type of security from penny stock issuers, convert the notes into newly-issued shares of stock, and rapidly sell those shares into the public market at a profit.
He's not investing in the company. He's just loaning money at a high interest rate. It's simply a means to an end for both him and Cytodyn. It can still work out well for us with great trial results but in the meantime the downward pressure continues.
