Hiring Dr. Srinivasan could be something as simple as Dr. Ray wanting to retire or pull back from day to day operations. With Dr. Srinivasan we have someone highly experienced in CMC and the BLA submission process. Dr. Recknor has a CRO in place to handle the HIV BLA and now we have someone within the company with hands on experience with BLAs.
