I'm certain...,they knew this was going to happen...Why set the deadline for Sept 28 then? they could have made it during the summer where things are quieter. Instead just before officials return from vacation or staycation to ramp up production etc. It's one thing to know that an influx of paperwork is going to come in it's another to find competent qualified staff to be hired to take on the additional work. Finding good people is hard to do....
imagine....looking over one filing after the other...after a while they all look the same...and can get quite boring...oh look!!! UNVC! YUMBO!! this is an exciting one...Ceo and all that..hahahaha..NOT!
So...mistakes will happen..filing get misplaced, coffee gets spilled blah blah blah...LOL..
We're at the mercy of the OTC...I'm sure Dr. Dalton feels the same atm.
