Question for who? The board? I run a multi-state company who gets delayed on numerous fronts daily. He answered the questions asked, that’s all you could do. You NEVER provide more than asked- Period. Call an attorney & ask, problem solved. I’m pretty sure my company isn’t worth 1.6 billion or trading on OTC. Doc’s didn’t just wake up yesterday, I trust a Vets word over some basher whose trying to supply Ammo to discredit a Great Man. Trust me when this goes, my Crew is Gone!
