I also think it has a lot to do with the individual reviewing the documents.
It's hit or miss with whoever's desk top it winds up on.
It is a little alarming when we see it took a week to respond to email requesting corrections, until you start processing how busy all these people are, Covid restrictions, schools getting back going, vacations coming to an end, etc.
Most places of business I am familiar with are currently short handed.
We shall see as time races on.
