Jake, doesn't it strike you as bizarre that the 13D Bigfoot group accused CYDY of "venue shopping" when it's so clear that's what they themselves are doing? (And even throwing in some critical language that the state court used against CYDY management in another case, as if to remind the court that hey, you didn't like these guys last time, remember?
