That introduction reads like it was written not for the court, but for public release, as cover to use in a press release or an attempt to sway the public or an appeal to shareholders. IMHO as a shareholder, that was not written for the judge.
The judge is going to read past that bullshit and see whether the remaining allegations actually state a claim.
