I am thankful the filings are submitted electronically.

I just had to hand deliver hard copies of all my paperwork necessary for renewing my county electrical license. I could have mailed it in but I didn't want to trust the mail system.
Typically I would have been able to walk out of the Licensing Dept. with my license in hand.
Not this time.
I had to drop my paperwork off in a "quarantine" box so it could detox for 48 hours before they would handle it. No joke.

The wheels on the bus are moving very, very slowly.
Governmental workers that already moved at a snails pace are almost moving in reverse.

I can completely understand the wait here. it's just frustrating to everybody involved, including Doc.

I compare this situation to a lot of big jobs I have been on.
At the beginning and part way through the job, everybody is talking about the big party that will happen when the job is finished.
The owner will provide the refreshments.
By the end of the job, no one is talking to each other and can't wait to get off the damn job. Total redass has set in.

Glad we have such a great crew keeping an eye on things here.
