The stock price basically tripled in about 2.5 weeks when you compare the sp before Ascendiant Capital initiated coverage and the peak. Took a while for the market to catch on.

Not to mention, if the acquisition(s) is/are something the market would get excited about, they could sooner than later PR a LOI or a MOU
I'd like to see the deal made with as much Verb stock as possible so everyone's interest is aligned
